Orders and Shipping

  • Our mail collection days are Monday and Friday mornings but if you require something in a hurry please get in touch as we may be able to help. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch with us directly at info@shetlandwooladventures.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

  • All our products are shipped from our office in Shetland — we’re a small time but we do our utmost to get all orders processed and shipped as fast as possible. Our mail days are Monday and Friday.

  • Unfortunately, shipping costs have been rising for several years with noticeable increases lately. We use Royal Mail standard delivery without tracking. For more information on shipping please click here.

  • If you think your order is taking longer to arrive than expected, please check if your order contains any pre-order product. Orders are processed as one, so if your order includes any pre-order products, all products will be shipped when the pre-order product is released.

  • To keep things as affordable as possible we use Royal Mail second class standard delivery. We do not use a tracked service but we can try to help where possible.Please allow 3-4 working days for dispatch, and then it is usually 2-3 working days to receive your delivery, although it can sometimes take longer. Please get in touch if your delivery has not arrived within 10 days.

  • Depending on where you are in the world, orders can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks to arrive. Please be patient, and be aware your country’s customs office may be holding your delivery until customs fees have been paid. You will find more information about international deliveries on our Deliveries and Returns page.

    If your order hasn’t arrived within the times specified above we recommend:

    • Double checking the address you entered on your order. We cannot be held responsible if when ordering, the delivery address was entered incorrectly or missing any part of the address. In this case, we are unable to send a replacement, and the customer will be required to place a new order with the correct address information.

    • Checking with your neighbours in case your delivery has been left with them. If not, then please do get in touch and we can help to resolve the issue.

  • Our publications are generally packaged in hardback cardboard envelopes or in larger padded envelopes for multiple issue orders. On rare occasions, magazines can get damaged in transit. If you are unhappy with the condition your magazine has arrived in, please take some photos of the magazine and any damage to the packaging and contact us as soon as possible at hello@60northpublishing.com

Subscription

  • Yes Why not treat yourself (or someone else) by subscribing to 2 copies per year, saving over 10% on the cover price per Journal and we’ll post out your copy as soon as we have it back from the printers. All of our subscriptions are ‘auto-renew’ so you don’t need to worry about re-subscribing.
